From savoury to sweets, our Nordic-Japanese afternoon tea experience at ⭐⭐ @arborhk gets better with each bite.
This 𝗣𝗮𝘃𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗮 got my attention.
Topped with blueberry marshmallows, cornflowers and blueberry-lavender sorbet, this yoghurt meringue is filled with blueberry jam, elderflower cream and sponge cake that is pretty delightful even for a non-sweet eater like me.
So in love with these 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘀! Filled with top-notched Fukuoka yame green tea ganache and green tea mochi bites. So good.
Ending the afternoon tea experience with fresh outta-the-oven 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 made with sake lee and lemon zest.
🍶 Thoughtfully paired with 𝗠𝗶𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗸𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗶 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗲 that boosts the sake lee flavour in the madeleine. Slow down & enjoy both at the same time. (Don't gobble the madeleine like me 😂).
